No one managed to catch Jonathan Roberts atop the leaderboard after Roberts bagged up a massive stack of 376,500 in the first opening flight. He��s followed by Neville Betty (323,500), Robert Shields (301,000), Keith Johnson (297,000), and Thomas Erentz (278,000).

The four Day 1 flights built up a field of 267 entries. Late registration remains open until the start of the day, so the field can still grow larger. The action picks up on Level 15 with blinds of 1,500-3,000 with a 3,000 big blind ante. Levels are now 60 minutes long, with the schedule calling for 10 levels to be played today.
